Abidemi, your update leaves out important context. Our team was ready to begin at the booked time, but you asked us to wait. Approximately 40 minutes later, you were still requesting additional waiting and offered to pay extra for it. We accommodated the delay without charging an additional waiting fee.

Despite that delay, our entertainer delivered the full agreed program professionally and to our usual high standard. The payment discussions were handled by the assistant while the entertainer continued performing for the children.

Regarding the amount requested, you were informed in writing that 13% HST would apply under the stated payment terms. The calculation was based on the total service price of $350. The $100 deposit was a payment toward that total; it did not reduce the service price to $250. It was credited toward the final amount due.

Our message stated that the remaining balance was payable after the entertainment. However, the substantial delay you requested left our team without time for further waiting afterward. The assistant therefore approached you during the performance to arrange for payment to be completed promptly when the show ended.

You are entitled to describe your experience, but a fair account should also acknowledge the repeated requests to postpone the start, the additional waiting provided at no charge, and the fact that the booked entertainment was delivered in full. Those circumstances explain why payment arrangements were addressed during the show.

We fully acknowledge our mistake and apologize for arriving approximately 30 minutes late, as well as for not notifying you about the delay earlier.

The order of the program was not changed by our entertainers. Before booking, it was explained to you in writing that the Package Bubble Show begins with 30 minutes of express face painting and balloon twisting, followed by the Bubble Show.

Regarding your daughter’s face painting: our entertainer offers each child several available designs, and the child chooses what they would like. Your daughter’s design was also chosen by her from the options offered.

The footage you provided helped us review the timeline and confirmed that the Bubble Show was performed in full.

The weather conditions did affect some of the bubble tricks. However, before booking, we explained that outdoor Bubble Shows are weather-dependent and that wind can affect certain elements of the program. The fire effect did not work on the first attempt but was successfully performed afterward.

After receiving your review, we contacted you personally, acknowledged our mistake, addressed each of your concerns, and asked what you believed would be a fair resolution. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response.

We sincerely regret the delay, but we also believe it is important to clarify that the program that was agreed upon and booked was provided in full.
