We just returned from an absolutely amazing, beautifully organized trip to Ecuador and the Galapagos with Kajol Lavan Travel, and I cannot recommend Isabel highly enough. From the flawless itinerary to the incredible logistics, everything was perfect. But the true test of a travel agent is how they handle the unexpected, and this is where Isabel proved to be an absolute superstar.
On our very last night in Quito, my wallet was unfortunately stolen at our hotel. It was a stressful situation as we were about to fly out, and my ID and driving license were gone. The moment I messaged Isabel, she jumped into action. Even though it was late, she stayed awake coordinating with our wonderful driver, Patricio, to check the vehicle.
The next morning, while we were at the airport, Isabel took complete control of the situation so we could travel with peace of mind. I came to Ecuador on a family trip from New York and didn’t know much about the country before visiting, so booking excursions through this travel agency ended up being a great decision. They connected us with some amazing experiences, especially the Route of the 8 Waterfalls in Baños and a paragliding tour.
The waterfalls were absolutely beautiful and seeing Pailón del Diablo in person was unforgettable. The scenery throughout Baños is incredible and every stop along the route had something unique to see. Paragliding was also one of the most exciting things I’ve ever done. Being up in the air and seeing the mountains and landscape from that perspective was unreal.
The guides and hosts were friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and very welcoming, and they made sure everyone felt comfortable and had a great time. As someone who’s still pretty new to traveling, this agency made exploring Ecuador easy and memorable. I’d definitely recommend booking through them.

I had the chance to do two tours with this company in Baños: the paragliding experience and the 8 waterfalls tour, and both were absolutely amazing.
For the paragliding, it was my third time flying and my brother’s first, and we both had an incredible experience. They transport you to the launch site and once you arrive, the guides take care of everything. The team is very knowledgeable, patient, and makes sure you clearly understand the safety instructions so you feel comfortable before and during the flight. The flight itself lasted about 15–20 minutes, which was the perfect amount of time to take in the breathtaking views of Baños and the surrounding mountains. They even had a selfie stick so you could record the experience, and when I was freezing at the top one of the guides pulled a coat from their bag for me to wear. Small details like that really show how much they care about their guests having a great experience.
The 8 waterfalls tour was just as great. I 1000% recommend it whether you're traveling with family, friends, as a couple, or solo. Seeing eight different waterfalls in one day was incredible, and each one was unique and beautiful in its own way. The tour itself is moderate, the last two waterfalls require a little more energy, but overall it’s very doable for most people.
If you’re looking for adrenaline, there are also optional activities along the route like zip lining, a Tarzan swing, and a glass bridge for an additional cost, and they’re definitely worth it. The lunch stop was great, and they even included a quick stop at a candy factory which was a fun surprise.
Overall, the guides were friendly, charismatic, and very helpful throughout the entire experience. Both tours were well organized, fun, and a great way to see the natural beauty of Baños while meeting other travelers. I would absolutely book with them again.

This was his first time hand gliding and my third time hand gliding, and we both had an amazing experience. This Tour was absolutely amazing and I 1000% Recommend it to anybody whether you’re traveling with family, friends, are a couple or solo traveling. The tour Is the perfect mix of nature and if you want, adrenaline. Imagine seeing eight beautiful waterfalls in one day ! every waterfall was breathtaking and unique in its own way. This wasn’t a difficult tour either. I would say it was moderate the only two waterfalls that took longer and more energy to get to where the last two, but other than that it’s a super easy tour that many people can do. If you like adrenaline, you have the option of doing zip lining, a Tarzan swing, a glass bridge, and more for an additional cost, but the additional costs are well worth it and affordable. The lunch spot that they take you to was great. They even snuck in a quick tour of a candy factory. Our guides were very friendly, very kind, helpful, and charismatic. It’s a beautiful tour to see nature, take amazing photos and get your adrenaline rush while meeting new people. I would do this tour again in a heartbeat.
