Brilliant service. I called about a damaged alloy and, despite having no appointment, was able to drop it off and have it repaired and back with me the next day. The repair looks to be a very high standard — time will tell as the alloy had previously cracked, but the workmanship appears excellent. All the staff I dealt with were friendly, helpful, and down to earth. The booking and tracking system was also great and kept me updated throughout the repair. Brilliant Place, just don’t ask for Chrome. Dealt with a great bloke Chris highly professional and laser focused on impeccable customer service. My Mercedes GLA A45 had its wheels fully refurbished and diamond cut they look amazing factory fresh. Parking is a nightmare and goes into a one way system at the top, also there was a bit of a wait at reception to complete the job it was cold. Altogether a great experience best in the region and Chris was excellent a real powerhouse in the industry even though he was a little nervous about chrome powder coating.
