I’ve lived here for the past two years and have had such a great experience. Katherine and her family have been amazing landlords throughout my time here. They’ve always been friendly, approachable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was okay. Any time we’ve had an issue, they’ve come and sorted it straight away, making living here completely stress-free. The house has been a lovely place to live, and I’ve really enjoyed my time here. I’d highly recommend this accommodation to any student looking for a well-managed, welcoming place to live. Thank you, Katherine and your family, for making the last two years so enjoyable!

Katherine and all at jones student property have been brilliant landlords. Could not recommend them more as a company! We had very little problems but any we did come across were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Katherine was very attentive and great with communication, always letting us know if she would be popping by/if any of work was being done in and around the house! The house we stayed in in Sincil Bank was lovely and had everything we needed, and quickly felt very homely!

Amazing company to rent from. I stayed in a 4 bedroom house just off the highstreet and it was perfect. Katherine alwasy repsonded quickly to texts and emails, kept us informed about everything from are bills to any repaires or mantinance well in advance. The house was well kept and really felt like home but the end of the tenance. Katherine is also extreamly understanding and generous, i would recomend this company to anyone and everyone.

Katherine is fantastic. Lived in one of the houses in Lincoln for two years during my time at university. Super cosy during the winter, decent allowance and rent, with all bills included. Any problems that needed fixing she was there ASAP to help. A welcoming and kind landlady, would recommend to anyone!

Excellent company to stay with. I lived with Jones Student Property for my Masters and the house was well-kept and any issues quickly attended to by Katherine. The bill allowance for the property was generous and even with a rather cold winter, we kept well within it! Rent was very reasonable as well, and the company were very flexible for non-guarantor options. If I was to stay in Lincoln in the future, I'd definitely live here again.

Absolutely brilliant company! Out of all the student accommodations I have been in, this is the only one I would recommend to anyone looking. There are no negatives about my experience with them. Katherine has been an amazing landlord over the past year, she made me wish I managed to get an accommodation with her sooner. Her family was so kind to us when we lost the accommodation we signed up to view by minutes, that they showed us another accommodation they had available. This added to their already busy schedule. It made us want to sign a contract almost immediately after the viewing as we knew we had an understanding landlord. You can tell that Katherine cares about her tenants because she is always available to contact should you need it. The house we lived in was brilliant. You could tell it was well maintained and, if things did break, Katherine was quick to resolve the issues. I loved the Portland Street apartment I lived in.
