I recently purchased a car from John Scotti Classics, dealt with Alex. He was very transparent and easy to deal with. I’ve purchased many classic cars as well as new every day drivers, never dealt with such a genuine person. I would definitely recommend Alex, as well as John Scotti himself, he came out to introduce himself before we headed back to Ontario. Alex also followed up to see how our trip back was. This place is top notch! Hard to find people like this selling old cars.
This guy delivered a car to me with absolutely no brakes. The car almost rolled off the delivery trucks tailgate door. The driver had to quickly grab the E-brake. I was told the brakes were a little spongy, so they were going to go through the brakes. The sales manager that told me this was fired and then I dealt with the owner and the customer service and communication fell off badly. The sale manager that was fired went beyond what I needed as far as pictures and videos of the car before purchasing and the car was exactly what he said it was.
Rien.
Because I live so far away from Montreal, I had to rely on the integrity of Claude Scotti in describing the car I purchased. He did not disappoint! His description of the car was fair and honest. He handled all the customs issues, and arranged for transport to my home. I am very picky about my classics, and yes, I would do business with them again. Well done, Claude!
