We only recently purchased our house and wasn't sure on the maintenance of our septic tanks. After quick responses and quote, Jake and Jade were on top of it all, pumping out the tanks and giving us some great advice for the future. I will be sure to get in contact in a few years time for our next pump out.

We were very impressed with the friendly & professional service we received from Jade & Jake... a very pleasant & courteous manner from Jade as we explained our septic problem & Jake came promptly and fixed the blockage with a pump out giving us some good advice on how to avoid future problems...thanks guys...you saved the day as we had our rels arriving that weekend for a holiday here in the Bay...a happy ending for all..I highly recommend this local company..you won't be disappointed..😄

I had trouble finding someone to pump out / service my septic tank and had assumed actually getting the work done would also be a pain. Not at all - Jade and Jake were straight on to it, I had a quote within hours and the job done the next day. Couldn't have been easier.

We contacted JJB and they were quick to respond with a quote and time to come out to clear out our CEP tank . Jake was a really great bloke and I was happy to chip in to help . The tank obviously hadn’t been cleaned out previously correctly but now it’ is . Thanks for the brilliant service !!!

Couldn't recommend this company enough, came on short notice, fair price, Jade had fantastic customer service and the person that came out to do the work was fantastic. Would give this company 10 stars if it was an option, will be using them again.
