You know they value your customers when you're not happy with something and they go out of their way to correct it. I ordered the chilly pakora thinking it was a normal pakora but little did I know it's just filled up with chilly. The guy behind the counter stated it had potatoes. Anyway, to cut a long story short when I wasn't happy there was no way of pleasing the customer with the offer to change the dish. They had taken my money so why would they.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the misunderstanding and truly regret that your experience didn’t meet expectations. Our team did try to clarify what chilli pakora typically includes, but we understand how it could have been confusing. We always aim to ensure our customers leave satisfied, and we’re here if you’d like to discuss it further.
