Jacob helped us land a home in a Livermore neighborhood we had our eye on for two solid years. The house came to us as a "Coming Soon" listing, which meant we were looking at it before the crowds showed up. No open house chaos, no getting outbid by five other families. That head start changed everything for us. On top of that, he helped us get our townhouse sold during a stretch when nothing was moving quickly in that area. He kept us grounded about pricing and timing instead of telling us what we wanted to hear, and the end result was we closed that chapter and moved into the house we actually wanted. What we appreciated most was how easy he made it to stay informed. He answered questions fast, he flagged small things in paperwork and inspections before they turned into big things, and he clearly has a strong network to lean on when something needs to happen quickly. He also knows Livermore inside and out, right down to which pockets of town hold value and which listings were going to get snapped up in a weekend.
