Originally 5 stars for visa issuance last year.
Edited after cancellation: During issuance they NEVER provided me the official 5,000 AED deposit receipt — even though they should have. When I requested it in November 2025, they delayed and ignored my messages for 9 days. Receipt was sent within minutes only after I threatened a formal DED complaint. That proves it was deliberately withheld. Not honest. Rating changed to reflect the complete experience.

They have helped me In getting my wife's visa and all other process which are required they are Very corporative. very helpful.. highly recommend.
