As a local business owner, timelines and costs are critical, and they consistently deliver. Their team is professional, transparent, and always willing to go above and beyond. Most recently, they handled a fire restoration at our Mill Bay location and had us reopened exactly as scheduled — and right on budget. Highly recommend Island Heights for any commercial construction or renovation work.

Ian and his crew are amazing! They put in new flooring and did wall patching in our basement. It looks absolutely amazing and well beyond what we expected! We had a shed damaged in last winter’s storm. Island Heights were very professional and timely in all aspects of the repair. Emails were responded to very quickly and the two crews involved were very efficient and great workers. We would recommend them and would definitely use their services in the future.

Ian and his crew were the easiest, fair and most detail oriented crew we have ever worked with. Ian and his entire team were professional and personable and addressed questions and concerns as the project unfolded. Things inevitably come up in a big project like ours and I always knew Ian (and Tanner) would take care of things when they did. It really was stress free - if even a little fun! Mostly, we can feel the quality of work and care they had for our home and are so glad we chose them for our project. We would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Island heights was a fabulous company to work with. They were professional and attentive throughout the project. We had a complete Reno of a suite in our house and they did a marvellous job. I had initial thoughts of doing it myself but there is no way I could have done the job as well or as efficiently. All of the people involved were amazing. From the owners to the general workers to the sub trades they were connected with. We were included throughout the process and they followed our plans perfectly. We are very very happy with the results and I would - and do - highly recommend them for other projects.
