I am a pharmacy professional and wanted to do first cpr training for my licensing journey.
Booked a class with Red Cross and had an amazing experience with Dr. Tahira Bilal . It was my first time doing the first aid certification. She was so thorough and thoughtful in teaching . Her teaching methods are excellent. Enjoyed learning so much with her. Would recommend everyone to go with it
Tahira our instructor was great at giving a concise but understandable approach to teaching the class. It was very interactive!
Extremely unprofessional services. I booked my first aid recert and was contacted that they may have to reschedule and asked my availability. I did not have a lot of availability so I asked that they cancel my booking and was told only if it’s rescheduled. I asked that they let me know a week out and I followed up multiple times. A week out I was told the class was not rescheduled and would continue. Then the Saturday morning of a long weekend (I had my class booked for Tuesday) I was told it was cancelled. I ended up having to drive out of town for my course because I had to book a day off work to recert and couldn’t find a class at the last minute. Truly unprofessional.
The combination of online and in person was a great fit for my learning style and schedule. My in person instructor Tahira did an exceptional job of using hands on practice exercises to ensure I fully understood what I was learning. This was one of the best CPR training sessions I have participated in.

Canadian Health and Safety Education is amazing! The team did a demo at our (Muslim Women of Cambridge) annual Islamic Heritage Month Event. Dr. Tahira Bilal covered everything our audience wanted to know, from CPR and choking management with adults and infants, to treating burns.
She was very up to date with the newest procedure according to the Canadian Red Cross. Bravo to the team for spreading information that will literally save lives!
