We’ve worked with Inventory One across three of our properties now, and the service has been consistently excellent.
Their inventory clerk, AI Greene, is extremely thorough and professional. The level of detail in the reports is fantastic, especially the photographs. They take a huge number of clear, detailed photos, which gives both landlord and tenant a really comprehensive record of the condition of the property.
What I also really appreciate is that if there are any changes or additional points afterwards, they are happy to update the report accordingly, which makes the whole process very easy and reassuring.
Communication is also brilliant. Ryan is always very responsive and helpful on WhatsApp, and everything is arranged smoothly and professionally from start to finish.
Having now used Inventory One for three different properties, I would absolutely continue using them for our future properties as well. Their reports are incredibly detailed, their photography is superb, and the whole team is reliable, efficient and professional. Highly recommended!

This is the second time engaging Ryan and his team. We did both - the check-in inventory and checkout inventory for our rental property. Amazing experience! I looked so much for an inventory that it was affordable for the size of my flat and had a good service and InventoryOne was amazing! I messaged them on Friday night and had it booked for Monday afternoon, on Wednesday I already had the report which was super detailed, good quality pictures and organised. They edit and send it back to us on the same day and it was so worth it! If you want to do an inventory, do with them.
