Excellent prompt support, price to repair existing Out-Of-Date beloved OKI printer versus good competitive price of new, Kyocera Multifunctioin printer.
Hate "throwing things away" but when NEW printer cost competitive with repairs have to make a sensible decision.

I was really stressed about moving my printer overseas so I called to get some information on how to do it safely and the person at the phone gave me great advices, took the time to explain everything needed to know and clarify all my doubts. Definitely a trustworthy place for your electronics!!

Vijay - you're a genius! I initially looked up Vijay because he serviced OKI's - and I've stuck with him because:
a. He knows what he's talking about
b. He's helped me fix numerous problems (including for free, over the phone - who would have thought sticky tape would fix my printer jam problem - and save a callout fee?)
c. His consumables are good value.
d. His pretty quick to respond
e. I trust him.
If you're looking for a printer guy – give Vijay a shot.
