Interstate Roofing Colorado Springs Reviews

In 2026, we had to get a new roof installed due to hail damage. I thoroughly researched several companies and selected Interstate Roofing. I was thrilled with the service that Ryan Minette provided us throughout this process. He was very detailed, knowledgeable, and efficient. I give both Ryan and Interstate Roofing A-Plus Ratings!

I had an excellent experience with Rob Ryan from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and communicated clearly throughout the entire project. They completed the work on schedule, kept the job site clean, and paid close attention to detail. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, and the crew took the time to answer all of my questions and explain the process. The new roof looks fantastic, and I feel confident knowing it was installed correctly. Their pricing was fair, and there were no surprises along the way. I highly recommend Rob Ryan to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality roofing services. Thank you for a job well done!

Jack Caton Roofing far exceeded my expectations every step of the way! Working with them was a great experience from the beginning and everyone on their team was well informed and an expert in their field! They helped me identify faulty shingles and work through the warranty process to getting the roof installed. The team that did the install was very thorough in cleaning up afterwards and I highly recommend them!

Very happy with the service and quality of repairs we received from Selina at Interstate Roofing. I had my roof and gutters replaced after we had storm damage. My mom recommended her after having had a great experience with her own roof repairs. Selina was so friendly and easy to work with. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in navigating the insurance process. We had some struggles getting our insurance provider to respond, but she communicated with them effectively and was very reassuring to us along the way. She helped us choose a great quality and color roof and it looks great. The work was done so quickly and they did a nice job.

We had the craziest storm out here in Peyton, smallish hail, but wind-driven by 60-70mph winds. We have a fairly decent-sized house and 4 large outbuildings that all sustained massive roof damage, including gutters, downspouts, siding and window frames and screens. Rob Ryan came out, assessed the damage, and did a fantastic job of getting everything repaired or replaced with various contractors. Interstate did wonderful work for us, and has even come back a couple times since to fix a couple of additional things (under warranty). I highly recommend Interstate and particularly Rob Ryan. Hes been great.

I called interstate roofing after seeing a sign in a neighbors yard some time after 2023’s hailstorms. Drew Haviland called me and scheduled our first meet. As a new homeowner and my first time dealing with this type of situation, Drew walked me through every step and helped maximize my repairs. Working with Drew was great to work with and his patience and knowledge around insurance and roofing is second to none, consistently easing my concerns about the process. I highly recommend this crew!

Drew was the project manager on a roof replacement for me. He did a great job keeping us updated. Since we were in the middle of a real estate transaction, time was of the utmost importance and Drew and his team knocked it out FAST. Super appreciative and highly recommended.

Recently had our entire roof done through interstate Roofing . Ryan Minette brought up roofing stuff in an excitement about the company he was working for and sparked a conversation about my roof. He showed me how easy it was to get everything done my home so desperately needed. He walked my wife and I through every step of the process and followed up regularly. I would highly recommended talking with interstate about their options for your roof.

I had an appointment with my usaa agent and he said he would be here at 10 to walk through the house with me. I called him at 1015 asking were he was and later he called back and said he was in Vegas. I have social issues with people and told him how important it was for him to be here. I felt alittle uneasy and even reached out to another company, and he begged me to stay with him. Making sure to let me know that other companies were taking down his signs and there not family run. I decided to stay with Interstate Roofing and he didn't even call to tell me he is on vacation or won't have someone here. Very disappointing coming from someone who bragged about how they take care of costumers. I am sorry to anyone I recommended them to. I fell for there family talk, please don't do the same.

Tristan analyzed our roof and found far more damage than our insurance company originally found. He then went up with an adjuster and pointed out all of the hail damage and our insurance company gave us a completely new estimate.

Working with Interstate Roofing was a very frustrating experience, exacerbated by a lack of communication both with me and between Interstate and the crew. I had to be persistent to get many of the issues resolved and ended up reaching out to the corporate office for assistance. Once corporate became involved, they were attentive to the issues and sent another crew to complete repairs on the previous work. If you choose Interstate, stay on top of their work to ensure they follow through with what was agreed upon and reach out to corporate if there are concerns because, in my experience, dealing with the local office was difficult.
