Whilst I haven’t put a policy in place with Jacob just yet, I have recommended clients to him who he has looked after very well and I have personally spent time understanding him as an individual and his business and have been impressed with his knowledge, whole of market access and straight forward honesty! He genuinely cares and always looks to secure the best outcome for his clients - sometimes the best isn’t the cheapest as cheaper cover usually means lower cover but he makes sure his clients needs are met, very well!

Jacob gave me so much confidence in his service that, even though I initially thought I had a private medical insurance policy, I was planning on switching it over to him! Even though it turned out that I didn’t, that was even better because Jacob took me through the full onboarding process, which was painless. Jacob was understanding, informative, human (something so valuable in the insurance world), and patient with me. The end result was something that made complete sense, even though Jacob was always on hand to answer questions, and was very quick and cost-effective to implement without sacrificing on the quality of the policy itself.
