Used as a recommendation and glade I did! From inquiring to finish the process took only 10 days, as far as I cloud see nobody came close on price or service, the only issue we had was that the internet was playing up and it took some while to creat and account on Their app, after that, it was all good and everything worked brilliant. Would highly recommend. Thanks Shaun,Sandra,Dave and all the team

From my first meeting with Shaun to the final installation, everything was professionally done, on time, no surprises! I had solar panels and a battery installed. Special thanks to the solar installation team and Dave the installation Manger. They were punctual, polite. They did a great job, and answered all my questions. It's now about 4 weeks since the system was commissioned and all is working well. All my emails to the office throughout the process were quickly replied to, thanks Sandra/Claire. I contacted Install Solar Panels Ltd through their website and received a quote within a few hours very impressive! The quote was clear, detailed, and well-presented. I spoke with Sandra, who was very helpful and quickly arranged a survey. Shaun and Dave were both very knowledgeable, they planned the cable runs and decided on the best locations for the inverter and batteries. Two weeks later, the scaffolding was up, and Dave and his team arrived at 8 am. Everything was installed and running perfectly by 3 pm. They left the site clean and tidy. I’m really happy with the service and am already considering adding another battery. Thanks to the whole team!

This is a good company to deal with. From the first enquiry until the final test after completion everything went without any problems. The online quotation was packed with information and researched projections of what could be expected. The onsite survey was a chance to ask questions and agree on equipment locations. Highly recommended. Install Solar Panels were excellent from initial contact through to completed installation and follow-up support (duration of which was only a few weeks). We had 10 solar panels installed (flush mounted) on our detached garage and a battery wall-mounted within the garage. Our main contacts were Shaun and Dave who were both very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Nothing has been too much trouble. They took no deposit and made sure we were happy with the installation before invoicing. They are currently monitoring the system remotely to ensure it is working correctly and will be advising on the best tariff our energy supplier offers to make sure we have most economic solution.

We had our system installed this week. The engineers came to time, were very polite and business like. They answered my questions and explained the system and the app. They were very tidy and cleared away all their rubbish. So far so good our panels are happily generating today

Brilliant Job – Really Happy with Everything! Just had solar panels installed by Install Solar Panels Ltd in Preston and honestly, we’re over the moon with the whole experience. The team fitted 18 black panels, a 10kWh battery for storage, plus a backup system for power cuts, and even an EV charger – the lot! They also did a full re-roof and took down an old chimney that wasn’t being used anymore. The roof looks amazing now and the panels sit really neatly on top – very tidy job. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful, and clearly knew what they were doing. They turned up when they said they would, worked hard, and kept everything clean and organised. It feels great knowing we’re saving on energy bills and have backup power if there’s ever a cut. And charging the car at home is so much easier now. Would 100% recommend Install Solar Panels Ltd if you’re thinking about getting solar. Local company, fair pricing, and proper quality work.

Install Solar Panels were excellent throughout the whole process of replacing our inverter and adding battery storage. Our initial enquiry was answered quickly and, when Shaun and David visited, it was clear that they had a full knowledge and understanding of the technical and administrative requirements. Once a quote had been given there was no pressure to accept. The new inverter and battery were installed within two weeks of ordering with very little disruption during installation and have worked very effectively since. Subsequent questions have always been answered promptly.
