Alpha Home Inspection was great. As a first time home buyer I wasn’t too sure what to expect when picking a company for an inspection, but glad I went with them. Rodrigo explained everything in simple terms and ensured I understood what he was talking about. He did such thorough inspections that the Seller, who was on scene, complained at how long it was taking. As someone looking to make an expensive investment/purchase I greatly appreciate that. I received the detailed report within a day which broke everything we talked about into even simpler details. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an inspection company.

The inspector I was assigned was Steve. I cannot say enough good things about his work. Super thorough and a keen eye. The house he was inspecting was super old (1858), and he certainly knew his stuff, old and new. I highly recommend this company and will be returning occasionally like a doctors check up for my old home.

Had a really great experience with Luis for my buyer who's purchasing a house in Zion. He was super thorough and didn’t rush through anything.
