Everyone was very professional. They are very organized in their system. They also let you know that there will be slight delay when you get to be seen by the surgeon due to some emergency which I really I don’t mind.
They also let you know when the doctor is expected to arrive. You are not left guessing.

I recently had my second knee done (partial) with Dr. Kreuzer and everything in the process was as amazing or even better than the first surgery. The staff are top-tier and the office hustles. It's a unique and amazing culture of excellence that lets the work and results speak for themselves. That overall ethos must come from Dr. K , or the top down.
Everything exceeded my expectations again, and the surgical side of the equation was in a league of its own. I was walking well (and my dog) four days after my surgery, just like the first time .
I feel truly blessed to have found Dr. Kreuzer and Inov8. He made what I had feared, into a fantastic investment in myself and my future.
It took a long time to be seen but was worth it. Dr. Kreuzer apologized for the long wait then took the time needed and focused on me and my issues. He was compassionate, seeming to really want to help. So time will tell how things go.
