I took my truck here after a minor accident, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their customer service is exceptional, and they walk you through every step of the repair process so you always know what's going on. They also go to bat with insurance companies to make sure repairs are completed to OEM standards rather than taking shortcuts. If your vehicle needs repairs, there isn't a better shop I would trust. During a stressful time, Stanley helped keep me calm and appeared to be running the entire operation. While the staff handled the repairs, Stanley conducted morale checks, greeted customers, and monitored shop activity like a senior executive making his rounds. I can't confirm his official title, but based on the confidence he carries himself with, I'd assume he's somewhere between General Manager and CEO. Between the quality repairs, excellent communication, and Stanley's leadership, they turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a genuinely positive one. I highly recommend them.

On what seems to be the worst day of your life, Image Autobody makes the process of getting your damage vehicle fully repaired with the A1 experience and quality of work/care that they provide. We value them as a company and they treated my daughter as if she were their own going through having an accident for the first time. The service requested was immaculate and her car looked like nothing ever happened to it. They tended to all of our needs and her car was fixed so quick that there wasn't time to get a rental. Our experience was great and unforgettable and the value of their work is better than any other company I've seen. I recommend using them for all of your auto body needs.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Image Auto Body. I brought them my basically brand-new car after an accident, and they helped me through way more than just the repair itself. My insurance company came back with an estimate that was way lower than what was actually needed, and I had no idea how big of a difference there could be between what insurance wanted to pay and what it would really take to fix the car correctly. Image Auto Body broke everything down for me, explained what was missing, and showed me the different options I had instead of just telling me I was stuck with whatever insurance said. What really stood out to me was how much they actually cared. When it felt like I was fighting my own insurance company during the appraisal process, they helped me understand what was going on, what steps I could take, and how to make sure I wasn’t getting shortchanged. They never made me feel like I was bothering them with questions, and they were always willing to explain things in a way that actually made sense. The customer service was easily some of the best I’ve dealt with Chris and Jessica are the best! I never felt like I was just another problem in the shop. They really showed they cared about making sure my car was repaired the right way and that I understood how to protect myself throughout the process. I’m really glad I ended up here, because without their help I probably would’ve just accepted the insurance estimate and had no idea how much was being left out. If you’re dealing with an accident and insurance is giving you a hard time, I’d definitely recommend Image Auto Body. They’ll actually take the time to help you understand what’s going on and make sure you’re being treated fairly.

If you're having any auto body issues, from minor scratches to a major collision repair, Image Auto Body will take care of you. When our vehicle was involved in a hit-and-run, the very first thing the team asked when I called was if everyone was alright. That level of care completely surprised me and immediately reassured me that we had made the right choice. Upon dropping off the vehicle, they handled all the insurance details and offered on-site Herz rentals to keep things convenient. What truly set them apart was when they reviewed my claim, noticed that it had been filed incorrectly, and did their due diligence to correct it with my insurance provider. Chris, the Owner and CEO, was incredibly welcoming and personally stepped in to help resolve the claim issue. Jessica, the Office Manager, was so sweet and kept me updated regularly via texts on our vehicle's repair process. After my vehicle was rear-ended I went to a few other collision centers and it was fate meant to be Image Auto body took on the job that other collision centers turned down even with the claim. The staff from the front desk to the offices to the back is one well greased machine a friendly hard-working honest and more importantly understanding the value of a client lost without their vehicle. And that's just scratching the surface the integrity and quality of their work to put it simple is top shelf above top shelf.. I would like to thank Jessica for answering my questions whenever I called and was very understanding. I would also definitely like to thank Chris who is very straightforward honest and sincere and a gentleman handshake when we first did the walk around of my vehicle made me feel secure with them doing the job which is a quality you don't run into very often these days, and Paul I would like to thank you for keeping me updated with parts and where we were at on my vehicle getting repaired. Im the regular mail carrier that delivers to this business, any time I have packages and need to take them in they are always nice and offer me water and they have the cutest dog named stanley so go in and say hi , he’s very friendly and loves lovin’s , I had some pretty decent scratched on the top of my car from a tree branch, me and my wife took it in to have them look at it and the owner chris did the job in a matter of 5-10 min but mostly cause we were loving on Stanley lol, he did an amazing job , I’d highly recommend them to anyone , they are very professional and very kind people, and again I can’t stress it enough , go in and love on Stanley , he’s a sweetheart!!
