Shelley and the team were absolutely wonderful! If you need something same day they are perfect for it! Lovely energy and enthusiastic staff. Wonderful customer service and plenty of options with flexibility to the customers who want to make it their own! Will be definitely going back for our other projects! Also super detailed!
Amazing branding and Printing shop. They do everything you can think of to put your logo on.
We had a very disappointing experience working with this company. After completing all work as agreed, the customer failed to make payment, despite multiple follow-ups and attempts to resolve the issue professionally. We held up our end of the contract, but unfortunately, they did not honor theirs. We would strongly caution other contractors and service providers to think twice before doing business with them. Not a company we would work with again.
I DO NOT recommend this company. I won’t bore you with details, because in looking at previous poor reviews, they will argue the facts to not assume any responsibility. What did it for me was having to deal with the snippy receptionist, A****a.
Do yourself a favor and find another business to give your hard-earned money to.
UPDATE TO RESPONSE:
You are correct in saying you spoke to us before changing hats. We had no choice but to accept the different hat. You wouldn’t refund our money, when asked, even though we were already 6 weeks after ordering and only 3 weeks from end of season! You didn’t let us know it was on back order until we called inquiring when it would be ready. Once you refused my refund request, I was told you would “hand carry” the replacement to production right then. It took 6 days to get the hat…not 2. For what it’s worth, you were not the snippy one! The little girl who answered a few of my calls and then called me to let me know the hat was ready was who I was referring to. I believe her name was Alicia or Aleysia.

Good morning! This is Kacy, and I am the one who talked to your wife and the solid cardinal hat was still on back order and I offered her the cardinal/white that I had in stock so you could get your hat. She approved going to this and we put the logo on it and had it ready for pick up 2 days later. I’m not sure what facts there are to argue but you can give me a call and we can talk about it. The only difference in the hats is the mesh color.
Excellent work and production time 2nd time I've used them and will continue to use them THEY ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY ME

DO NOT use this company. How this place has good reviews is a mystery.. I was going to have them make me some business cards. They came up with a design in a timely manner. I approved design and paid to have them made ($120). After that it was a HORRIBLE experience. 3 weeks later and still no cards.. I called to ask if there was anything I could do to speed up the process. Kacy at IGG tells me the only option would be to pay and extra $40 and they would be here within a week.. almost a month for business cards is ridiculous! So I call a few companies around the metro, Minute Man Press in OKC said they could have them made in 2 days tops. I call Kacy back to request a refund and I would kindly pay for the design they made me which cost $55. Kacy said she was happy to do it but then sends me a design that when Minute Man did a test print came out pixilated.. Kacy said in order to get a higher resolution design it would be an extra $400!!! As a fellow business owner I would never treat a customer like this.. Do better IGG..

There are always 2 sides to every story. We did you changed the art 3 times after being approved and we were not longer able to meet your deadline. So you wanted a refund to get your cards some where else to hit your deadline that from all the art changes was not longer doable. Be a small family run business we cant do everything in house.

We do not make money on logos we make for our customer. It cost this at min in shop time, artist pay, sales to put in the order. We do this to keep you in the long run. Not give you our AI high quality file for some other printer do print for free. Sorry you had a bad experience. But next time have real expiations on 10-14 business days. Every time you change the art it starts over. Sad that all the big corporations can mess up you hamburger 20 times and you still go back and no bad reviews. But we mess up one time and blast us for all to see.
