We had such a great experience with Brett and his team from start to finish. They are extremely professional and their work is excellent. We had multiple sections of siding that needed to be repaired/replaced in our historic 1920s home, and we’re so happy with how it turned out. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely use them again in the future!

Ideal Siding was very responsive and patient as we worked out details of the siding job. They responded quickly to phone calls and messages. After doing an initial siding contract we added sofit and facia repairs and painting. We made several adjustments to the scope of work based on what we learned while work was in progress. Their rep was always clear about what was proposed and took the time needed to be sure we understood. The crew was excellent. They were always busy and you could tell they enjoyed working together. I was pleased with their attention to details which I would have missed. I was really impressed with their paint preparation. They spent a lot of time on it making sure caulking covered edges, nails, etc. When the job was complete it looked really good. They were good at cleanup at the end of the job. We will reach out to them again when we have additional work. We told them up front we were not looking for the lowest bid because we know from experience we remember the quality of work much longer than we remember the price. At the moment we are pleased on both points.

Ideal Siding Dallas replaced our old masonite siding with Hardie plank. Brett was great at communicating through the whole process and was able to accommodate my preferences on some materials. The crew did a wonderful job on the project and cleaned everything up when finished. We are happy with the experience we had with Ideal Siding and would use them again.

Very please how easy it was to work with Brett on repairs of siding that had fallen off. Previous siding was 30+ years old. The color matched perfectly with the old siding. Craftsmanship and install was excellence and price was affordable. Highly recommend Ideal Siding.

This was my first use of Ideal Siding, and I did not have any prior knowledge of them - rather a google search. I have had more negatives in the Dallas area with remodelers than positives over the years. Ideal Siding, and Brett Rhodes were so good in every aspect of the re-siding of my home. Pricing was fair and upfront, the quality of work was excellent, Brett was available anytime to address last minute changes I wanted as well as suggesting additional work to fix items that were either simply old or poorly installed previously. There was zero upselling pressure. I would and will use Ideal for any further work they specialize in.

I loved Ideal Siding. They put Hardiboard siding on my home, and used Arctic White and pre-painted siding. It was great. The workmen that Brett sent to do the work did a super job and they were so neat. They cleaned up well, and they were diligent to make sure I was happy all the way through the process. The only thing that happened was that a couple of my flowers in my front bed got trampled upon. But, the siding is beautifully done, and guaranteed for 30 years. This is a great company if you are looking for siding. From start to finish, there was only co-operation. There was no hard sell, and Brett was courteous and listed when I had concerns. This made me thankful.

I highly recommend Ideal Siding! I had a pretty unique situation—my home already has Hardie board siding, but we were experiencing water damage on our wood floors whenever it rained. After having the roof, windows, and foundation inspected (all checked out fine), we started to suspect the siding installation or sealing might be the issue. I had another company come out, but something about their approach didn’t sit right with me. I decided to get a second opinion and reached out to Ideal Siding. Brett came out and was incredibly thorough—he took the time to inspect everything carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and patiently answered all of mine. In the end, he told me that from a siding perspective, everything looked good. That honesty meant a lot. Instead of pushing an unnecessary (and expensive) fix, he gave me a straightforward, professional opinion. We’ve since repaired the floors and are monitoring the situation. I truly appreciated his time, transparency, and willingness to help without trying to sell me something I didn’t need. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely puts the homeowner first. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and professional siding company, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ideal Siding.
