No job too small. I had a small repair 200 sqft of sighting and some what baton said had rotted from the backside out. I needed done asap. Water was leaking in from the second story into the main level. I called her text at least six companies. Only 2 replied. Ideal siding came in with a reasonable price. The other guy was $3600 for a small repair, was ridiculous. The german that did the repair was very professional.And very good at his job, two days all cleaned up and done. I would highly recommend this company.

We had an absolutely incredible experience with this company for our new siding! From the very start, Jonas was amazing to work with. He was incredibly helpful, informative, and went way above and beyond, he literally mowed our lawn for us while helping us prepare for the job! Walter was also great to deal with. We had a slight mistake with the material ordering, but the moment I pointed it out, Walter immediately called me to rectify it. He handled it with total professionalism and even gave us a discount that we were more than happy with. It's rare to find a company with this level of customer service and integrity. The house looks fantastic, and I cannot recommend Jonas, Walter, and the team enough!

AVOID this company They left 200 nails and screws on the ground for me and my 3 dogs to step on. They ruined my downspouts and reattached them randomly. They did all their cuts on my lawn and I had to pick up all garbage. Screws, nails, aluminum pieces, cigarette buts, cocking tips, hardi board cut pieces. I was told they don't have a project work area and they don't clean up. They ruined my lawn as it is full of holes as they chose to work on my lawn rather than my garage. Never ever hire this company they are money hungry and don't care about reputation or doing quality work.

Siding was replaced in December 2025. They pulled out all the nails with my old siding but didn't pick up any of the nails. They also left all the cut pieces on my dead lawn. I've been picking up nails for 6 months. And sharp pieces of aluminum from my old siding. I was told this is normal. Really? The homeowner is responsible for the clean up?? My downspouts were reattached randomly. They had holes in them and one wasn't even attached to the house! Walter came by 3 times to clean up nails. Al came by to replace the downspouts but he never spoke with me and screwed plastic extenders to the aluminum downspouts. He had to come back a second time to fix those. Beyond frustrating.

AVOID THIS COMPANY The workers were offered a garage to work in, they declined. It was December 2025, all cutting was done on my dead lawn. It's covered with blue concrete dust and trimmed pieces. My dogs eat bones on the grass. Their feet turn blue from the dust. I have picked up 200 screws/nails as they were not collected by the guys doing the work. In my front and backyard and my side yard. They took my downspouts off and then improperly reinstalled them. They now leak and I will have to pay to replace them. An added expense I didn't know about. Walter has come back 3 times to clean my yard. Aluminum was left in my yard and other garbage like plastic tips from caulking bottles, trim pieces and cigarettes butts. I'm not impressed by the mess they left behind that I'm still cleaning. Still finding nails on the ground. I worry about mowing and getting pierced by a nail. Nails are in my flowerbeds so now I'm cleaning those up. Create a work area and use tarps. Is December a good time to work outside? On May 25, 2026 Jonas came to check on the final product. I informed him of what went on. He took pictures of the spilled paint on my sidewalk and window surround. He took a sample of what was left on the ground. He's going back to his team with this information because they can do much better. Learn from this and improve. A refund is in order but this company is awful and refused.

He was able to give us a rough idea of cost and we will certainly be using this company when the job needs doing. Many thanks for your time and reassurance.

Jonas was excellent, treated us respectfully and followed up promptly. We definitely would have used Ideal Siding but it turns out that it may have to wait until next year as we have another home project that we need done.
