The last time I went into IBB, I had been in a wreck! Self caused. So IBB did this very thorough tuneup, to make my bike just sing again. They earned a five star at that time This time it’s the tiniest little project. The stem of the valve that inflates the tube was no longer working properly. So all I needed was a new stem. It was removed right there at the front desk, a new one inserted. And my wallet was only about three dollars thinner than it was when I walked in. Great job. Great service whether Tiny or huge. I love the confidence. I have that I can bring my bike here and it will be taken care of.

IBB cyclery is a one stop shop for all of your cycling needs regardless of discipline. Service and communication is excellent. The shop also conducts group rides which I highly recommend. All of the staff enjoys cycling as much they enjoy helping their customers with their personal cycling experience.

Sometimes BIG things come in small sizes!!! My wife and I stopped into IBB Cyclery today and you would never guess how great this place was! Hands down the most unique and hard to find brands and items for all your biking needs exist at the shop. The team was friendly, we were invited into the community of rides they host on a weekly basis. I will be shopping at this store from now on! SANTA CRUZ, ENVE, Cervélo, & FACTOR brand bikes available for purchase in store and from the sounds of it they will custom fit any scenario. I recommend this place to any serious rider looking to get away from the same old brands around town or even if your just starting out you will be well ahead of the crowd!
