At Horse Riding Cappadocia, guest satisfaction and safety are our highest priorities, and we always take feedback seriously.

Regarding the route, before the tour we explained via WhatsApp that we offer different riding routes in Cappadocia and that Red Valley and Love Valley are separate routes located in different directions. During our conversation, you specifically requested the Love Valley route, and we arranged the tour accordingly.

Regarding the duration, once we were informed that the experience was not meeting your expectations, we immediately offered a 50% discount as a goodwill gesture, despite the costs already incurred for transportation, guide services, and horse preparation. We also contacted you directly after the tour to discuss the situation and offered the partial refund, although we did not receive a response to our message.

As for the horse, the safety and welfare of our horses are extremely important to us. All of our horses receive regular veterinary care and are carefully selected for the terrain and rider experience level. Occasionally, horses can momentarily lose footing on natural trails, but we investigate every such incident thoroughly.

We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve our communication and guest experience. We wish you all the best and thank you for giving us the opportunity to host you in Cappadocia.
