We had Hoosier Fencing put in a black fence in 2023, great service nice looking, alot of compliments on how nice it looked, called this time for them to add another gate to the fence, excellent service, nice guys, picked up when they were done, I would recommend them to everyone.

We had Hoosier Fence remove our old wooden fence and install a new one, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The crew did an excellent job and completed the entire project in just two days. Our new fence is sturdy, and the gates open and close smoothly. They even brought in extra dirt to fill the holes left from the previous fence, leveling everything out beautifully. It was a detail we really appreciated, and it made the finished project look even better. Communication was outstanding from start to finish, from the planning process through installation. We were especially impressed with Chandler, who patiently answered all of our questions and worked through several pricing options and fence combinations with us. Everyone we interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We highly recommend Hoosier Fence to anyone looking for quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

I received a quote on removing the old fence and putting up a new fence for my back yard. Before I paid my deposit I had a question about a second gate. Then I get an email instead of a call telling me they are not going forward with my project as it doesn't fit their parameters. What? A fencing company not willing to do a fencing job?

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry this was a frustrating experience.

After reviewing the project further, we realized that the timeline you needed and our current schedule were not aligned. We are currently booked out about 10 weeks, and we did not feel we could get to your project in the timely manner you were hoping for.

In addition, the tear-out and site conditions created some added complexity, so rather than accept a deposit and risk disappointing you later, we felt the right thing to do was to step back before moving forward.

That said, I agree this should have been communicated more personally, and I apologize for that. We appreciate the opportunity to quote your project and wish you the best in finding a contractor who can better meet your timeline.
