There is a lot to be said about how a business handles after sales service. I ordered two sleep sacks, after two days of use one had a zipper malfunction. I was treated with the same lovely service as when ordering and the situation was immediately resolved! Your customer service department can really teach other businesses a couple of lessons on how to treat clients. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be ordering again.

I have been incredibly impressed with Hoolies! Itâs been less than 48 hours since I placed my order and my little boy is already tucked into bed in his new Hoolies plushie and sleep sack. Their turn around time is unbelievable! We are so happy with our purchase, what beautiful quality. The designs are gorgeous and the material is soft and comfortable. It was all sweetly wrapped with a handwritten note and little sucker. Itâs businesses like this that make it so satisfying to support local!

Honestly, I am shocked. I ordered a sleep sack on Sunday night, today is Tuesday and my daughter is sleeping in it already. Besides the speedy service, this product is great. Warm, cosy and exceptional quality. Will most definitely order another sleep sack.

I have ordered the 3.0 Tag sleeping sack for my 2 year old son. The order was so quickly dispatched and I have received it within 3 days. The parcel was wrapped so nice and had a little hand written card. My son loves the sleeping sack. Would definitely recommend shopping online on Hoolies :-)
