We had eavestrough replaced. Oleg and his team was professional. The estimate had very clear explanation with diagrams of our roof. The work was scheduled early to make sure the work was done before raining days arrived. Also the work was done on time in one day. I would definitely recommend home vision. EDIT: the review got updated after owner's response. I was too depressed to even think about this until recently. Below is the reason why I had to change it from 5 start review to one star. After eavestrough replacement happened (which I was very satisfied with the work when it was just completed), the winter came and I noticed water was overflowing from eavestrough (that I don't blame home vision to be clear). So I contacted home vision that winter and they said they will come take a look next spring. The year after, I called them back in spring which they seemed to be busy and I called multiple times in summer to get help and they never came. It seems the contact person from home vision was going through some personal urgency during that summer so I tried to wait for a good amount of time but then eventually I got tired waiting and gave up. (Last contact was home vision saying they will finally send people over so I suggested a date and no reply after that and nobody came.) I am sure this reaction from home vision was not intentional and it is not type of situation that will happen to most people who use home vision but it doesn't change the fact that I still get upset just thinking about it... UPDATE: Home Vision contacted me. I have received apology (it was due to personal crisis) and they have followed up on my issues which they mentioned it is due to extreme weather. They still did what they can to address my issues so I am happy for now.

Oleg and the crew at Home Vision Roofing and Siding did not dissapoint. Oleg explained the process in detail and answered any questions that we had during his 1st visit to assess the job . We set a tentative date based on the unsettled weather and Oleg showed with his crew ready to get to work. He and the crew managed to replace the shingled peaked roof and the flat carport roof in one day. On a partially misty and cool day I might add. I found Home Vision by true accident when looking to find a contractor to do a front of a small property on a Main Street. I was very impressed with the web site and sent a msg on the contact us link. Within a day I received an reply and we met the same day bcs he was in the area for another purpose and the next day we agreed on quote to do the job and he was extremely helpful and has great experience to recommend a product that is even better than what I wanted. He started the job 3 days later and took two days and long hours both days to complete the job bcs there was a couple of surprises that needed more attention than anticipated. This is an EXCELLENT company and will definitely hire them again when needed.

After this past winter’s heavy snowfall and ice damming, my eaves trough was damaged.
