I wanted to leave this review because I really feel like this is one way of showing people how much we appreciate and are grateful we found these guys. Erik was amazing, from the first day until it was all payout and finalized he stayed in touch, we were never left wondering about anything. Everything that he told us would happen did happen, he didn't over or under sell us. I don't know about everyone else, but for us the biggest thing we fear when we hire someone is that they are not honest. He by far is the most honest contractor I've had to hire ever, not once did we feel lied to or that we were taken advantage of. We highly recommend this company to anyone, you will be more than happy hiring them. Thank you Erik for everything !!!!

HomeOver replaced my roof and did a great job. Hunter Tatum walked me through the whole process with my insurance. He was like the whole project manager from start to finish. I up graded my shingles to a IR class 4 and got a break on my Home owners insurance. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Like many families in Godley, we were impacted by the catastrophic April storm and chose HomeOver because we had trusted local recommendations. They did a great job acting as the liaison with our insurance company, which made that part of the process much easier.
Unfortunately, our experience with the roof replacement itself was disappointing. Communication with our Project Managers (Brittani and Mitch) was inconsistent, and at times left us feeling confused and questioning whether we had made the right choice.
We trusted them to oversee the installation while we were out of town. After being told everything had been inspected and completed properly, we returned home to wavy and crooked shingles, damaged gutters that had been spray painted to cover scratches, nails and debris throughout the property, gutter pieces left on our outdoor lighting, shingle overhang, and exposed flashing that hadn't been visible before.
Josh and James responded quickly and HomeOver reimbursed us for part of the gutter damage, which we appreciate. However, weeks later, we're still finding workmanship issues that should have been caught during the final inspection.
I didn't want to leave a negative review, but after this experience, I can't recommend HomeOver. If you're local to Godley and looking for a roofing company, I would encourage you to consider other options.

HomeOver General Contractors installed a roof on our house and detached garage in April 2026. Mitch & Brittani Parish were outstanding with communication, absolute transparency and constant contact before, during & after the project. Great communicators. Worked effortlessly with insurance. The roof crew were amazing, efficient, hard working & clean up was immaculate. It's amazing to see a complete roof replacemen in 1 day! They protected all my plants! Would definitely use again.

We had our roof done during Covid, it wasn’t cheap. We have a chimney in one of the valleys and over the past 10 years the roof had been replaced twice. Each time I mentioned the issue with the chimney leaking. The guys at Homeover took pictures of the flashing and it was the original flashing from when the home was built. After they put new flashing in, I haven’t had a problem with the chimney. They also installed the ice barrier per code, a step most roofers skimp on in Texas. Great job, excellent work and I highly recommend them.

Getting to the root of the problem with original flashing from when the home was built and finally putting that leak to rest for good is what we are all about. And you are absolutely right on the ice barrier — doing it to code is non-negotiable for us even when it is an easy corner to cut. Alyaan Lalani did an excellent job of organizing and managing the storm repair on my home. This included full installation of impact-resistant shingles, and repairing damaged screens and privacy fence. He worked directly with my insurance company to ensure the preservation of my home value. Alyaan Lalani was always in contact so that I knew what was next all the way through the project completion.
