When my Ford Lightning was hit in the parking lot and damaged, I knew One of One would need to be involved to replace the original PPF that they installed back in 2022. We brought the truck straight to them after the body shop was done with their work. Alex provided a detailed estimate for insurance and got us on their schedule quickly. Easy-piezy. When I picked it up, it was like it had never been in a collision. Fast forward a month — someone hit my truck again, this time no note. If I ever had any doubts about PPF and its value, this experience silenced them all. The PPF took almost all the damage, and not a scratch touched the truck's actual paint. Alex was incredibly helpful again as we discussed the best value fix: removing the damaged PPF and replacing it. She scheduled it out a few weeks (which worked great with my schedule) and even arranged same-day service. The truck looks brand new, again, like it wasn't in that first OR second collision. Best part? I didn't have to file an insurance claim and it was cheaper than paying my $1,000 deductible. Working directly with Alex and One of One got me back on the road fast, with a great-looking truck and top-tier protection going forward. Thank you Alex for your amazing customer service and attention to detail. Thank you to One of One's crew for your expert-level removal and installation. And thanks to the PPF itself for saving me from an insurance claim and thousands in costs. Here's hoping these things don't happen in threes, but if they do, I know I've got the best protection, the best provider, and Alex to get me all fixed up again. Highly recommend.

Amazing work and service. Great communication as they said to be there at 8am and would take about an hour and it was right on time! They have a nice lobby with bathroom, drinks/snacks and WiFi to work. Top notch everyone!! This is my second vehicle I’ve had them tint and will keep coming back. Class act all around.

From my first correspondence with Alex to picking up my car, the entire experience with One of One was seamless. I had a TON of questions, and Alex patiently answered every one of them. She was never pushy and, more importantly, never tried to upsell me on things I didn't need. When I came into the shop, she took the time to walk me around and show me their work up close. That made me extremely comfortable leaving my dream car with them for PPF, ceramic coating, and tint—and I'm pretty particular about who touches this car. When I came back to pick it up, I was absolutely thrilled with the result. The quality of the work is second to none. What really stood out to me was that the service didn't end when the job was finished. I later asked Alex for a recommendation for a company to handle some electronics work, and she pointed me toward another excellent local shop that has been just as knowledgeable and professional. That says a lot about the people One of One trusts and the relationships they've built. I could not recommend One of One more highly. Their pricing was extremely competitive, which is just the cherry on top. Excellent workmanship, great communication, zero pressure, and people I genuinely trusted with a car that means a lot to me. They've earned my business going forward.

I am absolutely blown away with the quality and customer service provided by One of One!!! I recently purchased my new WRX and immediately decided to have PPF installed on the full front end. As an avid auto detailing enthusiast, I know how important this step is to protect the paint. The technicians performed a terrific paint correction prior to flawlessly installing the PPF. I also opted to include window tint on the front windows to match the factory tint shade that was already installed on the rest of the vehicle. A very special shout out to Alex! She was incredibly detailed, extremely knowledgeable, and was prompt at responding to all of my inquiries. She happily provided specific package options with broken down costs to help me understand the budget I wanted to spend. I had many questions and learned so much from her! I highly recommend One of One for all of your detailing services and tinting needs. My WRX looks just as good and was treated with the same care as all of the high end exotics. The second you pull into the parking lot you immediately notice all of the high end and rare vehicles customers have brought in! It’s like being at a car show! Thanks again Alex and One of One team!

One of One has worked on my truck a couple times now. Wrapping and now window tint. The jobs were perfectly executed and the staff assisting you with the appoint extremely professional. Based on the level of vehicles in their garage you can tell the do EXCELENT WORK! But, don't worry about the value of your ride, they work on everything with the same level of care. Great work, One of One!

I had a great experience with One of One! Overall, they did an amazing job with my car, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. The quality of the work looks great, and the team was professional throughout the process. My only small feedback would be regarding the paint chip I wanted touched up before the PPF installation. When I spoke with Alex over the phone, I was told that I just needed to bring the touch-up paint and they would take care of it for free before applying the PPF. When I brought the car in, however, I learned that the chip would first need to be reassessed in person to determine whether touching it up was a good idea. I completely understand their reasoning, especially since they didn’t want to risk making the chip look worse. I just wish that had been communicated to me during the call so I knew there was a possibility they wouldn’t be able to touch it up. Had I known beforehand, I could have had the chip professionally repaired or tried touching it up myself before bringing the car in. That being said, this was a relatively small issue compared to an otherwise great experience. I’m very happy with the PPF and tint, and I appreciate the quality and attention to detail they put into the car. I would still recommend One of One!

Had my car tinted here a couple months ago it faded and bubbled I wouldn’t go there anymore. I had my buddy help me remove it because it was getting very had to see out the rear windows.

I brought my very new "to everyone" Rivian R2 in and they did an amazing job. I have a hard time finding any sign that I had anything added to the vehicle, except for the darker tint. Highly recommend them, and Alex to get your vehicle pampered there, too.

their work is immaculate and everyone there is super friendly. i brought my car in to have some ppf issues from another installer evaluated, and they went above and beyond fixing everything properly. the attention to detail is seriously impressive. it’s no wonder you see ferraris and other exotics getting worked on here. highly recommend them — just book early because they get busy.
