Our installation team was outstanding. They arrived early and worked late to install our new system. We were pleasantly surprised that they were willing to put in a twelve hour day to complete the installation and get our air conditioning back on line. Once the install was finished, the team cleaned-up and left everything in order. I would totally recommend the Hightower team to anyone in need of HVAC replacement or repair.

On 8/28/2026 we had to replace 3.5 ton HVAC outside condenser and evaporator coils with Hightower Service Inc. (HSI). We have used HSI with a Retail Maintenance Account, (RMA) for 14 yrs. in Southlake & now in Trophy Club. Orbin Ayers was our Maintenance Tech for 5-6 yrs. and was promoted to Intallation Mgr. in the last year. Orbin always did a great job. Our current RMA Tech, Obed Collazo, diagnosed problem on-site and contacted Orbin who turned around two turn-key quotes within 3 hours and as always provided insight both in the written quotes and our phone conversations regarding the differences and benefits between quotes. This was during 100+ degree temps and a very packed schedule for HSI. We made decision and within 48 hours, HSI had a three man crew on site with all the equipment, parts, and most importantly, the knowledge and experience to do the job right. Tino, Miles, and Sammy were at our home for 9 hours (8:30 AM -5:00 PM) working in extreme 100 degree + heat in our attic to retrofit the evaporator coils and outside to install the new condenser. They were all hard workers, never complained, professional, and very polite. I think they all deserve the appropriate recognition and/or bonus for a job well done in extreme conditions. In fact, it was a total HSI Team job well done. From Tim, the HSI Dispatcher, Service Tech Obed, the Install Team of Tino, Miles, and Sammy under direction and leadership of Orbin Ayers, it was an extraordinarily customer experience. I have been with Hightower Service for over 10 years. Today Benjamin came to perform the scheduled maintainance on my HVAC system. He was on time, professional, and very thorough. He explained everything he was going to check and communicated to me what all of the various numbers meant, the amps, pressure levels, etc. He did notice the capacitator had a low number and I asked if he had time to replace it and he did. By being on their maintainance program I saved 10% off the price of the part. I completely trust Hightower because after 10 years they have never tried to cheat or upsell me. I can recommend them for HVAC service especially if you have a Carrier system because they are an authorized Carrier dealer. I hope Benjamin will continue to be dispatched for future appointments to my home.
