From our very first conversation, Gary was proactive, professional and exceptionally knowledgeable about the mortgage market. He kept me regularly updated throughout the entire process, was always on top of developments and made sure I knew exactly where things stood without ever having to chase him.
What particularly impressed me was his flexibility and commitment to customer service. I was
abroad throughout the process, yet Gary went out of his way to accommodate the time difference and my availability. Communication was excellent, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.
