I visited Henry Morgan for an eye test and I saw Philip. He explained everything to me very clear so that I could understand what he was saying. He made me feel calm and relaxed. I was very happy with the service. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I saw Jacqui at the front desk, she took my details and made me feel comfortable. I’ve only ever been to Specsavers before but now I will always come here. The service and professionalism is far superior in every way.

Having only ever been to major High Street names for eye tests I was unsure what to expect. I can confidently say that the level of service was far superior. Stan did a series of tests, explaining clearly the purpose of each one and what he was learning about my eyes. He was also excellent with my young child who had their first eye test. I am very grateful for the advice given and will definitely return to Henry Morgan Opticians.

I have been going to this Optician for years . Philip is very through and takes his time to explain everything . I got fed up with young inexperienced opticians telling me I might have a Brain tumour whereas he said it was just a larger than normal optic disc . I travel from the other side of London to get his expert advice but the 3 hour journey is worth it .

Thank you Henry Morgan for reassuring us when one of the family accidentally scratched their eye and fitting them in to have a quick look on the eye machine. So good to have a friendly local family optician, not many area's are this lucky. We have all known Philip and Stan for many years, and your lovely receptionists are more like old friends. Def a 5 star service.

First class service every time we go. wife, 2 kids and myself all come here after being recommended by work colleagues. Stan is an amazing professional and has the patience of a saint with young kids. I have been going for 4 years now I would not even think of going else where. If you are lucky Rachel will assist you with frames and fitting and my kids look forward to seeing her, she is such a wonderful person. But to be fair to the team there are all lovely, helpful people so anyone serving is a real pleasure.

Have previously been to the opticians at John Lewis in Westfield and they were unable to help me as I have mono vision. Went to Henry Morgan's after I saw it recommended on a local FB group and was very impressed. The person I saw (sorry forgot his name) was very thorough and totally understood my needs. He also explained to me why other opticians may have failed to understand the mono vision part and how it would skew results on the machines that they were working on whilst he used his experience. Can't recommend highly enough.
