Neil at Silo IT did an excellent job onboarding our remote employees. A remote work environment means different things can go wrong with every onboarding. But he personally made sure everything went smoothly, and was set up properly and worked for them on their first day.

Silo IT has been an incredible support for our start up business and has flawlessly kept us on track and operational during some very challenging times in our growth. We've worked with Neil and the team for over 7 years and they've handled everything for us and been super responsive and easy to work with. They moved us from old servers in the closet to a fully remote office on Microsoft 365 and kept everything secure and backed up. Neil has been great to work with for everything from the little annoying Teams camera issues to bigger strategic decisions. I enjoy working with you and highly recommend!

I worked with Neil and his team at my first company. They were great. So much so that I brought them onboard for my second company! The team at SiloIT is great at making IT understandable and were always available to help troubleshoot an employee issue. I highly recommend them. I don't plan on starting a 3rd business, but if I do, I don't have to look further than SiloIT for my IT needs.
