Yesterday, I had the opportunity to learn Ayurvedic foot massage, and it was such an interesting and valuable experience. I discovered a new way of understanding how important it is to care for our feet, as they play such a vital role in our overall well-being. Great cooking class, worked my observation about taste, smell, texture of food. Made more confident about using spices and why to use them. What to use and what to avoid for this season. Now I'm more adventurous in my cooking. Yummy food. I used to fly to Bali yearly to do an Ayurveda detox, but then I decided to give this a go. it was one of the experiences I have had (and a lot more cost effective and less stressful than flying to Bali). The whole package including the treatments (thank you so much Ludivine Philippeau) and working with Dr Ram. I also loved the food that was also available through the centre. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to improve their health and get some balance back. It is incredible value and we are so lucky having this centre on the Sunshine coast
