Tetiana's massage expertise always provides the most relaxing times! The staff and the spa overall are also great. It's cosy, nice and clean. My favourite massage spot in Leeds

I've been to this spa a couple of times now.
Today's massage in itself with Tetiana was great.
However, I came because of a last-minute offer on their Instagram story ("One 1-hour treatment space has just become available today at 1:45 PM, enjoy en extra 30 minutes complimentary").
At the beginning of the treatment with Tetiana, I double-checked with her to make sure I would get a 30min back massage after the 1h massage I'd just booked, and she said yes to a 30min head massage. However, at the end of the 1h massage, I was surprised that she did not give the 30min head massage as agreed.
When I asked for clarification downstairs, Rhegan the admin offered 30 min extra next time if I booked another 1h massage, which I didn't want to, or right now with Tetiana, to which I agreed. He tried to make some calls, he went upstairs and got me waiting for 30 min before coming back saying that only 15 min were due (the massage in itself lasted from 2 PM to 3 PM, with 15 min at the beginning used to change) and that he could offer them next time I book another treatment. Then he also came up with excuses like I already got 15 extra minutes, or that they were confused because they thought I was someone else (they had my name, my 50% deposit paid on Fresha, my Instagram message and I came specifically because Tetiana had a last minute availability at 1:45 PM so I cannot understand how they could mistake me for another client).
I refused, the whole discussion was messy and unprofessional, I suggested to take off those complimentary 30 minutes from today's treatment which I ended up doing myself because he wouldn't answer anything. (I had paid the 50% deposit and I told them I would walk out, taking those complimentary 30min off today's 1h massage).
I don't know if I will come back.

They offered me a complimentary 45-min floatation therapy session and a 30-min massage with Tetiana to make up for last time. Rhegan gave me a warm welcome as well as a nice tea break. The manager apologised for last time and explained that it was not the same person running social media (and offers on it) and the actual spa and thus that I should have mentioned that I came from the Instagram offer. I still believe that their internal management and communication shouldn't impact the customer's experience, and I still do not understand how they could be any confused given that it was a specific date and time with Tetiana, and that I even called the spa before coming to confirm the offer. Anyway, even though the management of this spa could be improved, I appreciated their gesture and I want to highlight the fact that Tetiana gives incredible massages.

One of the best massages I’ve ever had! Tetiana gave me such a relaxing time.
The staff and the place were really nice too.
However, my spine starting hurting afterwards, I don’t know if it’s normal. One day later, I still hope the pain quickly goes away 😅

I’ve had my first ever massage by nerissa today to help ease some pain and discomfort from my back due to sciatica. It has been the best service and massage ever it has helped so much and the extra effort she put in to help ease my pain was amazing thank you so much 🫶🥰

I visited Dragonfly skin spa for the first time today. I was so impressed with how lovely it was. Nerissa gave me the most amazing aromatherapy massage. I can’t wait to visit again.

I tried the flotation experience followed by a signature massage.
My experience with the massage was very good.
However, the flotation experience is absolutely not worth
First and most importantly, the emergency button inside the tank did not work. I pressed it many times and no one responded. What if it had been a real emergency? I eventually had to get out of the room and call for a staff member downstairs, and even then it took a while for anyone to hear me.
Secondly, there was no music in the room. The music only played for about five minutes and then stopped. In my opinion, this is an essential part of the experience, and without it, I couldn’t relax.
Thirdly, the shower after the tank was extremely hot. There was no cold or even moderate water available. I was forced to use very hot water that almost burned my skin. When I told the staff, they
simply apologized, so I couldn’t properly shower.
The only thing provided was a small bottle of water, which I don’t think is enough. At least two should be provided. Also, the shower water leaks into the room. I strongly suggest installing a proper door to prevent this.

Our team responded in line with protocol by checking immediately from outside the room, as we cannot enter without consent unless required. A further check was also carried out, and once you opened the doors to see outside, a team member attended to you straight away.
The music during flotation is intentionally limited to the beginning and end of the session, as the treatment is designed to be experienced in near silence for deeper relaxation. This is explained prior to the session.
The shower temperature is adjustable, including moderate water, and may take a few moments to regulate. We will nevertheless double-check this following your feedback.
Water is provided for light hydration, with additional refreshments available throughout your visit, including during your massage and relaxation time. Our team is always happy to provide more upon request.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our relaxation afternoon at Dragonfly Skin Day Spa.
We started with the sauna, which was so cute, and a great way relax and catch up.
We progressed onto a hot stone massage each, with Tetiana and Nerissa, which were completed exactly as we'd asked for. The knots in my shoulders were completely massaged away, not an easy achievement!
Afterwards we were given a choice of relaxing teas to rehydrate, before we eventually had to return to reality.
Everyone we met was lovely and I wouldn't hesitate to visit this city centre oasis again. Thank you!

My massage was excellent. Offered water on arrival. I was asked about room temperature, pressure of my massage, attention was paid to a neck problem. Tetiana was superb. Highly recommend.

Tetiana was excellent again with her pregnancy massage. The cost has increased but I wasn’t offered a warm drink/place to rest afterwards like last time, so that would be my only feedback around consistency and rounding off the overall experience :-)
