Sorry you feel that way Luke even after I processed the refund. I had explained that you had paid for graphic design which we had completed and you had approved. So the team had already done the work on that so I couldn't refund on a service we had already provided. I was more than happy to refund you on the tee we didn't print even though it is against our policy. Hope no one takes this review as a tarnish on our great reputation that we work very very hard on. Sorry you felt compelled to do this Luke, all the best :)

I would give these guys a million stars if I could. The most efficient, amazing customer service and the quality of the shirt is insane. Very fast turnaround, the entire process was seamless.
