Hall-Mark Cleaning provided an exceptional deep cleaning experience! Amanda arrived right on time at 8:00 AM and was incredibly efficient and thorough. Owner Jan joined later to assist, ensuring every detail was taken care of. My 83-year-old mother is very particular and was absolutely thrilled with their work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality service!

Hall-Mark was absolutely AMAZING! By far the best cleaning company we have ever hired. Jan was incredibly kind and attentive, and she stayed until 8 p.m. to ensure our move-in clean was perfect. Everyone we spoke with was professional, helpful, and wonderful to work with. Our house was immaculate, down to the baseboards! We could not be happier and cannot wait to hire them again!

I wonder if this company still in business? I've left 5+ messages for a quote. One was returned when I didn't have my phone. I called back and left a message. I've left voice messages and sent emails, yet I cannot get a hold of them. Perhaps there are other issues going on. I see all the high marks and I have no reason to doubt people are happy, and would have liked to try them.

Thank you for the feedback, Michael. We audited our call system to understand what happened here. Our sales team reached out to you back in June and July, but we weren't able to connect. We also noticed a few of your calls came in after 8:00 PM when our office was closed. However, the real breakdown occurred when your return calls during business hours were placed directly to an individual rep's extension while they were on vacation, rather than our main office line. Without call forwarding active on that direct line, our main team was unaware of the incoming messages. We've corrected our extension routing to ensure all incoming calls are covered. We apologize for the frustration this caused. We really appreciate your kind words about our high ratings and we would truly love the opportunity to service your home and show you why our clients in Cincinnati give us those high marks. Please feel free to give our main office line a call whenever you're ready! Monday- Friday 7am-4:30pm at 513-486-4499.

Natasha did a great job. She was so thorough and professional! The house looks great! I'm currently going through chemo and they did a free cleaning for chemo patients. I so appreciate it as I'm very tired and weak.
