The best and honest mechanics I've ever had to deal with! They are 10 stars in every area! The only problem I've had the last 2 times is my appointment times are not what was told to me when I make the appointment. Very frustrating!!!

We have used Hale’s Auto for all of our repairs both personal and with our family’s business. They may be a little pricey but they do great work and stand behind it.

They clearly explained their current workload and time estimate, and everything was completed right on schedule. I received a text when it was ready, and pickup was quick and painless. I'm not sure how to score this but I just picked up my car on the 1st (alternator replacement) & today it overheated from the short drive from Rural King to Small's Market. I was told it would be checked for any other issues after the replacement was completed.

Hale’s Automotive gave me fair pricing and quality service on my 2021 Chevy Malibu. They handled the electrical repair work with no issues and got everything back up and running. The technicians knew what they were doing, and the customer service was just as solid. Good people, honest work, and I left very happy.
