They didn't perform any work. All I got was a ridiculously high estimate. In the past 48 hours, I've managed to get 2 additional estimates that are less than half what they quoted me. I can purchase BRAND NEW American made parts for a fraction of what I was quoted. If they didn't want to work on my vehicle, I would have appreciated you just being honest and saying so. I will not recommend their services to anyone.

Hales Auto is a hidden gem!!! Best in the business hands down. They told me what the problem was,fixed the problem ,and told me how to prevent the problem. The mechanics there are patient and knowledgeable. They will answer all of your questions. I recommended all of my family and friends to take your vehicle to Hales!!!

I am new to the area. I did not know anyone in town. I found Hale's Automotive on the recommendation of another business, who said they referred to Hale's all those who needed work that they couldn't do. Everyone was nice, and friendly! They explained things in ways I could understand. While driving home, after the work was finished, I definitely could tell a sharp uptake in performance. I would definitely recommend them!
