I went in for a complimentary consultation and immediately greeted with a welcoming smile from Anderia. I’ve been suffering with hair loss for years now, but it has worsened significantly recently. She was very informative and thorough in her explanations as to what’s going on with my hair. She recommended two shampoos and some guidance on next steps to regrow my hair. I was very happy with my experience and will be returning to Capilia!

I couldn’t find a better place and a better caring person like Anderia. She took her time within her busy schedule to teach, inform and answer every single question I had. Previous I had the worst experience with another company but she even apologized for something she didn’t do. Then took the time explain me how would it have worked better for me. At that time I gave up on the idea of using a hair system but a year later I decided to do it again but this time with Anderia an it was THE BEST decision I have ever taken. I so happy with the results and he amazing customer service. Please don’t doubt her, with her years of experience she will make sure the final product is something you feel comfortable with.

Anderia’s expertise saved my hair and sanity during extreme postpartum hair loss. I was losing handfuls at a time and went to her with tears in my eyes while feeling defeated. After just 3 washes, my hair stopped falling out in handfuls and after a month, it started to grow back. Postpartum is hard enough without having to deal with hair loss when you already have thin hair. If you’re dealing with hair loss, go to Anderia, she’s the absolute best!

We had an amazing experience getting a hair system for my daughter, who struggles with trichotillomania (hair pulling). Anyone who has been through this knows how emotional and vulnerable the process can feel, and the care she received here truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, she was treated with so much patience, kindness, and understanding. Everything was explained gently and clearly, and she never once felt judged or uncomfortable. The hair system itself is beautiful — natural, perfectly matched, and incredibly well done. She has it re-installed professionally every month. What made the biggest difference is that this system has actually allowed her to grow her own hair back. For the first time in years, she’s been able to protect her scalp and see real progress. We’re hopeful that with a few more months — ideally around six — she’ll be able to move past this chapter completely. Chemo made my hair fall out faster than I thought it would. Andriea got me in for a consultation quickly. She looked at a selfie I had taken after I had my hair done a few weeks before and found four options for me. I chose to buy a wig. I went back a week or so later and she thinned and fitted the wig for me. I sent pictutes to several family members and friends and they thought it looked very much like my natural hair. I would recommend this salon to anyone needing a wig or other hair replacememnt options. Andriea is wonderful!
