Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish! After seeing their posts online, I contacted them about security options for my BMW 1 Series and was incredibly impressed. Cheryll was excellent in discussing the Ghost 2 immobiliser and Scorpion tracker packages, booking me in quickly. Lindsey followed up with a confirmation email, and CJ did a fantastic job with the installation. He was friendly, professional, and ensured I fully understood how to use the devices. The communication, installation, and payment process were all seamless. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-notch vehicle security!

I used H-TRACK LTD after seing their social media posts and online reviews, contacted them about getting my BMW secured spoke Cheryll to discuss options and packages and opted for a Ghost 2 and Scorpion tracker Cheryll booked me in for the next available slot, email confirmation from Lindsey day before the install then CJ came to install the systems, very friendly lad knowledgeable and made sure I understood the devices before leaving absolutely first class service from communication, install and payment all perfect, very reassuring highly recommended. Thanks H-TRACK LTD.

I had a fantastic experience with this small, family-run business. They fitted a Ghost 2 immobilizer and a free S7 tracker to my car, providing outstanding service from start to finish.
Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Despite my very tight availability, they managed to accommodate me and schedule the installation within just four days of our initial contact. Henry arrived exactly on time, was incredibly professional, and took the time to clearly explain how the entire system works.
Their aftercare is just as impressive. I contacted them the day after the installation with a query—which turned out to be user error on my part—and Henry resolved it immediately. It is rare to find this level of efficiency and customer care. I cannot recommend them enough!

The service is absolutely amazing. Product knowledge from anyone in the team is at their forefront, installation is straight forward. The aftercare service is just amazing too, honestly dealing with Cheryll and Henry before we agreed what systems worked for us and the time and effort given by each of them to explain our situation and what fitted our needs. Henry on the day took the time to explain and set everything up for us and unfortunately for us (self inflicted sometimes I must stress) we needed to call upon him several times to help us out, wasn’t an issue and gave us the time of day to get us back on track.
Thank you to such genuine people, these will be the go to team for any and all security needs for us.
Suburb service from start to finish! After making initial contact with H-Track by text message 8pm on a Saturday evening, Cheryll replied immediately and couldn’t have been more helpful. We arranged installation for the same week of a Ghost 11 immobiliser and S7 tracker. CJ the installer arrived at 8am as arranged and did a fantastic job. Very professional, I was impressed with his knowledge and explanation of the product. I highly recommend H-Track and will definitely be using them for future vehicles.
Ryan went out of his way to sort my issue out, He is a credit to H Track and would recommend him and H Track to anyone who needs any of there products, once again Ryan thank you for your professionalism and knowledge 👍🏻 A1

From the first phone call with Cheryll to the work been done by the technician CJ. The ghost and tracker I was having installed. CJ answered all my questions about the products and spent time with me so I knew what I was doing and also treated my Range Rover like it was his own very professional and would highly recommend H-Track for there customer service and work completed
Absolutely brilliant company to deal with. Brilliant service from first call to install. Installer ryan is fantastic too, clean install nothing looked like it had been touched in the car. Made a few videos explaining how to use it which was very useful and very informative. Would 100% recommend h track, I will be using them for any future installs of my own 👌👌👌
H track have carried out 3 dash removal/ refits for me and more recently fitted a thatch alarm / tracker / immobiliser to a motorehome and some faulr finding relating to the motorhom chassis

Avoid. Issues after installation, no support now there not interested. Will have to do a charge back through the bank and pay someone else to fit it properly.
Edit, so that's why you have no bad reviews as you report it as a fake review. I have tried multiple times to make contact but you have no interest in helping me

Fantastic service from H-Track from start to finish.
The admin team were really helpful throughout, especially Lyndsey and Cheryll, who were friendly, professional and made everything really easy to arrange.
The guy who attended to fit my Ghost immobiliser, tracker and dashcam was amazing too. He was professional, knowledgeable, explained everything clearly and did a really tidy job with the installation.
Really impressed with the whole experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend H-Track to anyone looking for vehicle security or tracking.

Had a ghost 2 immobiliser & S7 tracker fitted by Henry on my range rover, yesterday, wot a fantastic job he did , he explained everything about it , & didn't leave till he was confident i got to grips with the code, I'd recommend H tracker to anyone looking for some vehicle security, ill be back soon for a front & rear dash cam next 👍
