I called them after my truck got broken into and asked how much it would be to rekey my new door lock cylinder. The woman I spoke with quoted me $12-$15. I brought it to them a couple weeks ago. First off you walk in and there's either no one at the counter or they just ignore you for a few minutes until greeting you. She took my name and phone number and said the technician wasn't in until the next day. That she would have someone call me with the price beforehand and they would call me when it's finished. No one ever called me to let me know the price and the never even called me to let me know it was done. I had to call them several times just to find out it was finished and I was told it was $40. I said we'll I was quoted $12-$15 so I'm not happy about that. When I went to pick it up no one was at the front counter but there was someone in the office. I rang the belle and it still took him 3-4 minutes to come out. Their customer service sucks, they are not friendly and the woman who takes phone calls is rude and one time she hung up on me when I was trying to ask her ca question. My friend came over today to install it on my truck (he's a mechanic) he kept testing it to make sure it was spelling properly. It would not stay locked. So after a while of him trying to figure it out, he took off my drivers side door panel, etc. to look at that lock cylinder. After looking at that one, he realized that they didn't put it back together properly. They put one part on the wrong way which is why the door wouldn't stay locked when he first tried to install it. So he had to take it apart and put it back together properly. Their suppose to be professionals. They need to work on their customer service skills and learn how to do things properly. If I ever need a locksmith again I'll go elsewhere. Definitely don't recommend them to anyone. They tell you cheap prices and then when the job is done they give you a higher price. Update: I called Ahmed; he swore at me and hung up.
