Contacted Tom for help regarding land valuation and he was swift and very helpful. Would recommend to all.
We dealt with Norma Murphy who was a great help to us after our Fathers passing. Norma assisted us thru probate and the sale of our family home.
Norma Murphy at GVM provided us with a professional and seamless service from start to finish. She was easy to contact when needed, always informative, friendly and very efficient. Thanks to Norma, a very positive experience.
These are very professional people. I dealt with Norma Murphy who was highly professional throughout the process. She always responded to emails and phone calls promptly and kept me informed throughout. I highly recommend her and GVM as a whole.
I cannot express how fantastic GVM and Norma Murphy have been. Norma from the get go, assisted in every way possible and went above and beyond in all aspects of the sale of my parents house . Norma showed understanding and empathy through a very difficult time .Norma also took time out of work hours to accommodate the process for I live in Australia, and been so far away Norma understood how difficult it was . I cannot speak more highly or recommend Norma enough . Norma was there morning , noon and night if I had any questions and responded instantly. I will be forever grateful for your professionalism, empathy and understanding Norma .
Thank you .
Kind regards,
Deb

Exceptional property-buying experience
My experience purchasing a property through GVM Kilmallock was outstanding. Evan McDermott, the auctioneer, was exceptionally courteous, helpful, and communicative throughout the entire process. Every question was promptly addressed, and the whole transaction was handled professionally. Highly recommended!

I asked a colleague for a recommendation of a Limerick auctioneer and I was told about GVM and Tom Crosse. I could not rate their service highly enough for beginning to end.

As a first time buyer, myself and my partner were helped through the entire process by Paul Crosse at GVM. He was very knowledgeable about the overall process and answered any questions we had promptly. He has excellent communication throughout the process with us both and assisted us in any way needed. I would highly recommend working with Paul.

We recently bought our first home off Paul Crosse in GVM. Paul gave us great advice throughout the entire process and was very knowledgable about the area and the home we were purchasing which as first time buyers really made the process and experience run really smooth. He kept us well informed throughout the entire process and I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a home to get in contact with him.

Norma was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I couldn’t recommend her enough. Norma was so efficient and professional. I was kept so well informed on the status of sale regularly and always had a point of contact. I have delt with a number of other auctioneers when buying my house and some other land previously, however GVM far exceeded my expectations.
I can’t recommend Norma enough.

Paul Crosse recently sold our home, we found Paul to be very knowledgeable regarding property activity in general but more importantly in relation to local property activity, he was realistic in what could be achieved while optimising the return. We would highly recommend Paul.
