It is only with very serious and genuine consideration that I would make this public comment in the current world of social media proliferation, and I do this with the utmost conviction and understanding that my comments might influence others; and that comes with accountability! I have been investing now with Guardian Funds (and as they were previously known - Norwest) for over 6 years now. I have placed my utmost confidence (with a large part of my life savings) in them over that period of time. I have also invested with a number of other investment companies. Without a doubt Guardian have been quite outstanding. Their returns are excellent, their communication and feedback, always on the front foot. They are approachable, helpful and most encouragingly - candid. Sachin, the CEO has always been approachable and extremely helpful. The outstanding characteristic is that Guardian are also pro-active and incredibly responsive and supportive (I am referring to the admin support team - every one of them). That is why I have continued to invest with them - and anyone who is at, or close to retiring age knows how profound this decision is. I have transferred most of my investments with them, and while some may say, don't put all your eggs in one basket, well ! I have made a conscious decision about having a mighty strong basket, rather than a multitude of shakier other baskets. Guardian's strategy is simple, rock solid and responsible, the company's staff are dedicated, competent and helpful. I feel safe, comfortable and confident with Guardian, much more so than any other company I have come across. And over the years I have been investing, the company has grown stronger, improved the website, communication and customer service, and most importantly - has continued to perform, increased compliance, confidence and comms. They just seem to me, to be an incredibly focused group of people, led by a very good CEO and bottom line - have always succeeded, therefore providing me with what I want; - financial security for my future, for me as I get older and subsequently for my spouse and family. In case you are wondering the reason I am writing this is because I have had some previous poor experiences. I have also had some other quite fortunate investment partners, but really, I only wish I had discovered Sachin and his team in Guardian earlier. Just have a look at their website - great opportunities BUT that means nothing without a track record and a high degree of confidence. My experience has been that they have actually done that (100 %) and I place my ongoing financial security, my personal future and that of my family's future with Guardian by continuing to invest. Never have I written such the likes of this comment previously.

A few months ago, I have indicated my interest in potentially investing in Guardian Funds. Raj contacted me over the phone explaing the "how to?" He likewise emailed different Funds to invest to. He's never been pushy which I liked it. Forgotten about it really until an email invite for a Info session at Norwest. I told my wife about and we both have attended, and met Raj. In fact, my wife forgot her bag under the table and only she realised when we reached home. Unknowingly, as my phone in silent mode, Raj already rang me up few times. I called him and he took the extra mile to have my wife's bag back..couple of days after that, we decided to invest in 2 funds and I would say the process was smooth. No doubt we will invest again in the future.

Met up with Raj at Guardian Fund’s office during a Sydney trip, he was very welcoming and took time and patiently explained their company’s operation and investment details and answered all my queries even though I did not make prior appointment. From there, Raj took effort to maintain timely contact even though we were not ready to start the investment for almost a year. Once we were ready to join, the process was smooth and all details were communicated and updated timely with Raj maintaining contact all the while.
