Very bad experience with this company and the agent.
In the beginning, they only cared about money. They kept messaging, even after working hours and on weekends, to make sure payments were done. At that time, there were no excuses.
But now, when there are problems, everything changes. They say off time, weekend or blame the situation. The management is not responsive at all after working hours, and there is no proper support.
I paid a good amount as commission expecting proper service, but I am not getting any help. The apartment has many issues, and no one is taking responsibility to fix them.
They just keep passing the problem from one person to another. The agent tells me to contact management, and management does not solve anything. No one is taking ownership.
I can see in other reviews that they say they give good service in property investment and similar things. I don’t know if those reviews are true or maybe written by the company, but my experience with renting a property through them has been very bad. I feel this side of the company is not managed properly at all.
It feels like they only care about money and not about the customer after payment.
I would not recommend this company.
