Couldn't be happier with Ground Up. From the initial consultation to completion, these guys understood exactly what we wanted - a tall privacy fence with acoustic abilites able to block out some traffic noise. They know what they're doing and their guys Chris and Nick were lovely to have on-site, professional and very helpful.
Thanks Ground Up!
The price was very good. The work was done to a very high standard. The team were all very friendly .
Fantastic work on our outdoor patio with boxplanter edging.
Highly recommend Ground Up Solutions. Friendly, professional and excellent communication.
Came for a site visit in January, which was great and they seemed really good. Was told I'd get a report/quote in the following week or two. 3 weeks later I hadn't heard anything so emailed to ask. Got a reply the same day saying they'd look into it and get back to me. Never heard from them again.
I am very happy with the job; you delivered on everything you said you would. (Hard to do for a lot of contractors these days). You were prompt with your site visit for you to assess for a quote. Your predicted start time for the project was accurate. Time frames of when your team would arrive and duration for the work was accurate. Great communication throughout. Your staff on site, very polite and knowledgeable and friendly, they gave me great confidence in your business.
I was impressed.
Looking around for a contractor to carry out my work I took my time and some I felt wouldn't be up to my standard. Ok it's only a small job, but you always want the job done well. I've seen your team out and about, and I was impressed. Great signage, clean vehicles, and happy staff, then all of a sudden, I was hearing your radio advertising. At that stage I made the call.
I'm very pleased with the work, and particularly the neat and tidy way the guys left the site each day.
Thank you.
Such an easy and professional company. Everything done to high standard in timely way. All staff very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend
GroundUp Solutions replaced an old ponga wall with a retaining wall and built a gazebo in the corner. It was a big project, but GroundUp helped us through the whole process, and were able to accommodate the many changes and tweaks we made. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend them.

Thank you Kevin, it was a pleasure to do this project for you,
This companies product is exceptional and Rob and the team are great to deal with. Highly recommend
We engaged Ground Up Solutions to re-build an old ponga wall and to tidy up an unused spa pool area.
It's been more than a tidy up - it's been a transformation! The workmanship of both guys on site has been professional and of high standard (they're fussy, in a good way). Phil made suggestions under no obligation to alter the line of some steps to better service the area. Phil & Jacque were personable and communicative.
Communications from admin throughout the project has been excellent.
We highly recommend Ground Up Solutions

Thanks for your review Lynette. It was a pleasure working with you on this project. All set for summer!
Rob and his guys were amazing. Nothing was an issue. Rob was always available for questions and I am extremely happy with my Fence. Would highly recommend Ground Up Solutions . Thank you
We recently had two walls repaired by Ground Up, including a large facing wall that replaced a degraded punga wall, and we couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience.
From the beginning, Rob was prompt with his communication and quoting. He was also really responsive when a small issue came up, and quickly got it sorted.
Jacques, who did the actual work, was brilliant. He has such a calm and kind manner, and worked diligently through all kinds of weather to get the job done. Our kids (7 and 3) were fascinated by the process, and we're so grateful for Jacques’ warm interactions and his willingness to explain what he was doing, it really made an impression on them. I wouldn't be surprised if our youngest ends up being a 'fixer' like Jacques.
Thank you for your outstanding service and workmanship. We highly recommend your team!
