I purchased a PowerZone battery in April 2023 which has 46 months warranty (24 months replacement + 24 months pro-rata). The MRP of my bike battery is max ₹1500. During replacement I was wrongly charged ₹900 under pro-rata, whereas based on correct calculation I should have paid only ₹300–₹350. The dealer did not provide proper breakup of charges or scrap value. This kind of incorrect pro-rata billing creates distrust. Requesting PowerZone to ensure dealers follow proper warranty terms.
