I own a townhouse off ***************************** and earlier this year discovered a slow leak behind the washing machine hookup that had been going on who knows how long. By the time I noticed, the baseboard along the laundry room and into the hallway was completely saturated. I've been renting my unit at the ******************** complex for about four years now, and last winter we had a serious water intrusion situation after that heavy rain stretch in January. My beachfront condo in Oceanside flooded when a sliding glass door seal failed during a major storm and water poured in all night.
