I was recommended to this company by a friend and upon calling to request an assessment customer service was very kind and helpful. They set up an appointment with the project manager named Roy, who came out here the same day. I was able to get a quote and communication with Roy was exceptional. He provided advice and recommendations, but also reassured me that the problem would be taken care of without ripping too much of my ceiling out. The day of the removal the contractors came in very professionally and were able to remove the mold in a couple hours, as well as set up fans and tape off the area. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
