After a small fire in our kitchen, we needed help fast. Roy arrived and immediately started assessing the fire damage and explaining what needed to be done. Dealing with a slab leak in your home is a complete nightmare. But I am so thankful I found GreenPlanet Restoration of Oak Park to help make the remediation process seamless. Royk and his dedicated team worked very hard each day- from the professional set up (sealing off the affected areas), removal of the glued down floors, spraying for possible mold and its prevention, then the drying, and the cleaning process. Took three days of drying but the smell gone.

My finished basement flooded when the sump pump died during those heavy rains and we had standing water for hours in our Hidden Canyon home. By the time I realized what was happening the water had soaked into everything including the carpet and drywall. Luckily Green Planet Restoration of Oak Park offers water damage restoration central oak park services and they knew exactly what to do. Allan coordinated the response and they extracted all the water with industrial pumps and set up commercial dehumidifiers throughout. They had to remove the carpeting and some drywall to dry everything underneath but they were very thorough about it. The whole water damage restoration oak park process took about a week and now my basement is completly dry. Really appreciated their attention to detail and constant communication!

I was recommended to this company by a friend and upon calling to request an assessment customer service was very kind and helpful. They set up an appointment with the project manager named Roy, who came out here the same day. I was able to get a quote and communication with Roy was exceptional. He provided advice and recommendations, but also reassured me that the problem would be taken care of without ripping too much of my ceiling out. The day of the removal the contractors came in very professionally and were able to remove the mold in a couple hours, as well as set up fans and tape off the area. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
