From the first phone call, he was calm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He and his crew handled everything -from the initial assessment and drying process to the repairs -with precision and care. They showed up on time, communicated clearly throughout, and treated our home as if it were their own. The work was spotless, efficient, and completed faster than we expected. Eli made a very stressful situation so much easier to handle. Highly recommend Green Planet Restoration and Eli for anyone dealing with water damage -true professionals who genuinely care about their clients.

Horrible experience. The owner Eli left fans running 24/7 and didn’t call back nor come back for 3 weeks resulting in $500 electricity bill. He didn’t even begin to put walls back up, and suddenly demanded he show up to my work asking for entirety of estimated total to be paid at my work. He didn’t finish his work for 3 months. He was so creepy and aggressive, when I told him that I know that him trying to get paid upfront for jobs he hadn’t even begun is against the law, and if he doesn’t stop calling to show up at my job that I would report his license to the board. He only backed off when I threatened to report his crazy behaviour. He also made several racist remarks.in retrospect, I still should have reported him to the license board to prevent next victims. He is so sleezy. He sounds convincing when trying to get the job, and switches immediately once he sets up some of his equipments in the house. Don’t let this guy in. He also treated his contact employees utterly disgustingly.

Eli was referred to me by a neighbor to help with a water damage I have in the master bedroom sink. A pipe was leaking inside the wall and Eli was on it, did not take a lot of time and quickly got everything checked and resolved.

We were able to get a quote quickly and begin the work. The work was done thoroughly and cleanly every step of the way as they removed the damaged area, fixed the wall, and painted it. There was no delay once we got the work started. We were pleased with the end result and any feedback we had was addressed. Eli had good communication throughout the process.

Excellent company. Referred by my cousin, a contractor. Previous company caused cross-contamination, but Elico and the green planet team cleaned everything, set up a proper barrier, removed contaminated material and post-test certification. They worked extra hard to pass HOA scrutiny and had to send paperwork back and forth for 2 weeks. Great communication and prices.

From start to finish, Green Planet Restoration has been very professional. when things didn't go well with the insurance company, Eli helped lift my spirits and encouraged me to trust God to work it all out. which he did. First the water mitigation crew came out, diagnosed the problem, and began the drying process with the big fans. Then they cut out the drywall that had the mold on it, and they took up all the flooring downstairs. Then the reconstruction crew came in, replaced the drywall and floor. After that, they repainted the entire downstairs, and how beautiful it looks. They did a marvelous job relaying the floor, painting the floors, and putting the drywall back up.
