Green Planet Restoration of Florida Reviews

Paul, a sewer backup reaching the downstairs bathroom and hallway is never welcome, especially with older lines running through the neighborhood. Our Florida team was glad to handle the cleanup and removal of affected materials before any repairs got underway.

Gratefully,
Green Planet Restoration of Florida

Thanks for the write-up, Roger. A grease fire on a Saturday night, right before your busiest month, puts a lot on the line for a seasonal restaurant. Our crew started on the soot in the kitchen and dining room that same night, then planned each step around your reopening date so you didn't lose a single dinner service more than necessary.
Nine days from smoke to open doors is a result we're proud of. Please thank the customer who sent you our way, and here's to a busy rest of the season.

All the best,
Green Planet Restoration of Florida

Thank you, Megan, for taking the time to leave us a review! We’re glad our Green Planet Restoration of Florida team could take care of the issue thoroughly and address the problem behind the door rather than simply treating what was visible on the surface. We understand how frustrating it can be when the same issue has affected multiple units in an HOA, so we’re especially pleased that you felt our team took the extra care needed in your home. Properly resealing the door and treating the affected area can make a big difference in preventing the problem from returning. We truly appreciate your trust in our team and your kind words about the work!
